We are located at 1900 Mt. Vernon Avenue in the Del Ray section of Alexandria, VA. Our cross-street is E. Bellefonte Avenue and we're easily reached by bus and are approximately one mile from the Braddock Road metro station. 

We rent out our 357 sqft space on an hourly or daily basis, first come first served.  Our space can house a variety of events from yoga classes, corporate retreats, business presentations, to even DIY craft classes. You benefit from hosting your event in Del Ray with a large variety of some of the area's best independent coffee houses, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Del Ray also has a thriving Wellness District community, associated with the Del Ray Business Association.  

Absolutely! One of our core missions is to build community. We are excited to promote your class or event (once your application is approved and we receive your deposit) through our channels of social media and our newsletter. All renters are responsible for creating their own marketing materials and sending them to management. 

We welcome workshops, team building events, classes, speaking engagements and more. Please keep in mind that the space is 357 sqft - so large scale workshops and presentations are not recommended. Preference is given to wellness industry events but all are welcomed to apply. 

All rental applications are subject to management approval. If your rental is approved, we will need a 50% deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is refundable for up to 10 days before your  booking.  For rates, please visit RATES + RESERVATIONS.

If you do secure a rental of our open space, please keep the following in mind - 

• Place all trash and recycling into the provided receptacles
• Clean up any spills or messes
• Put tables, chairs, and equipment away (unless you have added on a set-up/break-down option)
• If something is damaged, please report it immediately 
• Please don’t hammer any nails in the walls or use sticky adhesive that can strip paint
• No smoking
• We are not responsible for lost, broken, or stolen goods while you’re working in the building
