Where are you located?

We are located at 1900 Mt. Vernon Avenue in the Del Ray section of Alexandria, VA. Our cross-street is E. Bellefonte Avenue and we're easily reached by bus and are approximately one mile from the Braddock Road metro station.

If my event is open to the public, will you help promote it?

Absolutely! One of our core missions is to build community. We are excited to promote your class or event (once your application is approved and we receive your deposit) through our channels of social media and our newsletter. All renters are responsible for creating their own marketing materials and sending them to management.

What type of classes events do you host?

Our tenants host wellness workshops, team building events, yoga classes, speaking engagements and more.
