Please Note: There are no 30 minute rentals. All reservations include an additional 15 minutes prior and 15 minutes after to allow for setup and cleanup. Anything beyond that time frame will be subject to a fee of $30 (per each 30 minutes) unless special accommodations are made with management prior to the event.

OUTDOOR PARKING LOT RENTAL 

Saturday & Sunday Only 

• 0-3 Hours ($150)
• $50 for each additional hour

*All necessary permits must be acquired by the city if applicable (noise permit, ABC permit) 

• Application preference is given to members of the wellness community, but anyone is welcomed to apply
• All applications are subject to approval by management
• Upon approval, a 50% deposit of your rental is due to solidify your booking
• Your deposit is refundable up to 10 days before your booking
